Crispy, zesty potatoes with a burst of lemon, garlic, and herbs. Simple enough for weeknights, impressive enough for guests!

Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes (Yukon Gold, Red, or mix), 1-inch pieces
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Oregano & Rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Prep: Wash and chop potatoes.
  2. Season: Toss potatoes with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C). Arrange potatoes in a single layer.
  4. Cook: Air fry for 10 mins, shake, then cook for another 10 mins, until golden and crispy.
  5. Check: Ensure potatoes are tender and golden brown.

  • Serving: Pair with grilled chicken, fish, or steak. Garnish with parsley or lemon wedges.
