Ingredients

Scale

For the Pizza Toppings (Per Pizza):

  • 1 naan bread (store-bought or premade)
  • 180g grated mozzarella cheese (or any melty cheese like cheddar or vegan cheese)
  • ¼ green and red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 chicken sausages, thinly sliced (or mushrooms for vegetarians)
  • Half an onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ tsp dry oregano (or Italian seasoning)

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat Your Oven

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it on the middle rack while preheating for a crispier base. Otherwise, use a baking sheet.

Step 2: Assemble the Pizza

  1. Place the naan bread on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  2. Spread an even layer of grated mozzarella cheese over the naan, leaving about ½ inch of space around the edges.
  3. Add diced bell peppers, sausage slices (or mushrooms), and onion slices.
  4. Sprinkle dry oregano or Italian seasoning over the toppings.

Step 3: Bake

  1. Bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 7–8 minutes, or until:
    • The cheese is melted and bubbly.
    • The edges of the naan are golden brown and slightly crisp.
    • The toppings are cooked through but still vibrant.

Pro Tip: For an extra crispy finish, broil for the last 1–2 minutes—but watch closely to avoid burning.
