Crisp apples, crunchy celery, sweet grapes, and toasty walnuts meet in a creamy, tangy dressing. A refreshing take on the classic Waldorf!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Honey crisp apple, diced
  • 1/2 Green apple, diced
  • 1/2 celery stick, small dice
  • 1/2 cup red grapes, quartered
  • 1/2 cup roasted walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tsp black raisins
  • 1 tsp golden raisins
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Toast Walnuts: Heat olive oil in a pan. Toast walnuts until golden, stirring often. Cool & chop.
  2. Prep Fruits & Veggies: Dice apples, celery. Quarter grapes.
  3. Make Dressing: Whisk mayo, sour cream, vinegar, and honey.
  4. Combine: Mix apples, celery, grapes, walnuts, raisins. Add dressing and toss. Season with salt & pepper.

Notes

  • Serving: Great as a light lunch or side dish. Pairs well with grilled chicken or sandwiches.
  • Tips & Tricks:
    • Toss apples with lemon juice to prevent browning.
    • Adjust dressing to your taste.
